PHYSICAL EDUCATION
Awards and encouragement
- The children’s achievements and progress are regularly acknowledged by receiving cups, badges, certificates and medals as well as by cheerful encouragement from staff and peers alike. Team spirit is emphasised.
Competition
- Teams from Year 3 up compete with other schools at home and away. Much care is taken to ensure that most pupils are given the opportunity to participate in these matches. Parents are invited to all fixtures and to the annual Sports Days and Swimming Galas. Sport is taught by specialist staff.
