Healthy Eating

Children are provided with healthy meals and snacks prepared by our excellent catering team.  A choice of a nutritious hot or cold meal is served at lunchtime. Fruit, biscuits and milk or water are served at mid-morning and afternoon break times.

MONDAY

Main Course: Spaghetti bolognese served with peas
Vegetarian: Quorn spaghetti bolognese served with peas
Dessert: Yoghurts

TUESDAY

Main Course: Chicken and ham pie served with new potatoes and green beans
Vegetarian: Vegetable pie served with new potatoes and green beans
Dessert: Rice pudding served with jam               

WEDNESDAY   

Main Course: Lamb mince cobbler served with carrots
Vegetarian: Vegetable cobbler served with carrots
Dessert: Pancakes

THURSDAY  

Main Course: Beef curry served with rice and sweetcorn
Vegetarian: Vegetable curry served with rice and sweetcorn
Dessert: Cherry crumble served with custard

FRIDAY

Main Course: Pizza served with chips and baked beans
Vegetarian: Pizza served with chips and baked beans
Dessert: Fruit

 

 Bread, butter, jacket potatoes, salad selection & fruit are always available.

Water is served with the meal.
