Year 3 & 4 A Team Girls win Poole Schools Netball Tournament

Poole School Netball Tournament – Tuesday 15^th March 2016

A Team: Josie Corn (captain), Grace Crowe, Savana Hickmott, Maddy Allen, Claudia Harvey, Freya Blundell & Nancy Taylor

B Team: Fleur Cummings (captain), Jemima Chappell, Milly Talwar, Elizabeth Dawson, Emily Harland, Isla McPhail & Noa Sorene.

C Team: India Mason (captain), Mia Gale, Tilly Parsons, Darcy Burden & Daisy Day.

On Tuesday, on a lovely sunny afternoon Years 3 & 4 netball team travelled to Oakdake Junior School to participate in the Poole Schools Netball Tournament where 19 teams took part across 5 groups.

The girls learnt a lot from the tournament and used the extra practices we have had to good effect, with Yarrells ‘A’ beating large state schools such as Baden Powell, St Joseph’s, Branksome Heath, Oakdale and L ongfleet ‘A’ teams to be crowned overall victors.
